Still Here is a daily check-in app designed to alert your emergency contacts if you stop responding. We are an independent developer based in Melbourne, Australia.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your name, phone number, home address, GPS coordinates (optional), and daily check-in status. We also store the contact details you provide for your emergency contacts.
Your data is used solely to operate the check-in and alert system. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Location data is only transmitted to your emergency contacts in a Day 3 alert — never at any other time.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can update or correct your information within the app at any time.
By adding someone as an emergency contact, you confirm you have their consent to receive alert messages on your behalf. We will only contact them in the event of a missed check-in.
Still Here is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

By downloading and using Still Here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Still Here is a personal safety tool. If you do not check in by 23:59 each day, the app will escalate alerts to your emergency contacts over 3 days. On Day 3, your location will be shared with your contacts via SMS.
Still Here does not automatically contact emergency services (000). It does not provide medical advice, crisis counselling, or any professional services. It is a notification tool only.
You are responsible for keeping your emergency contact information accurate and up to date. You must obtain consent from anyone you add as an emergency contact. You must check in daily if you wish to prevent alerts from being sent.
Still Here is provided "as is". We are not liable for any harm resulting from missed alerts, technical failures, or incorrect contact information. This app is a supplement to — not a replacement for — professional emergency services.
