Still Here is a daily check-in safety app developed by an independent developer based in Melbourne, Australia. Contact: stillhereapp.daily@gmail.com
We collect only what is necessary to operate the app: your name, phone number, home address, GPS coordinates (optional), emergency contact details, and daily check-in status.
Your data is used solely to operate the check-in and alert system. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics. Location data is only transmitted to your emergency contacts in a Day 3 alert.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 within 30 days of becoming aware of the breach.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at stillhereapp.daily@gmail.com. We will action your request within 30 days.
Still Here is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
